Can I change my payment date?

If you have a monthly payment plan, you can change the date your payment is taken from your online account. 

To change your plan payment date:

  • Go to ophelos.com/connect 
  • Select ‘Manage your account’ and input your email address. 
  • Check your inbox and input the verification code we sent you to log in.  
  • Navigate to ‘Payment details’. 
  • Select ‘Change plan date’. 
  • Select the new date you want your payments to be taken on.

You can bring your payment date forward, or push it back. If you’re pushing your payment date back and the new date falls in a new calendar month, you will need to pay for that month’s payment then and there. 

Delay or skip payments


If you don’t want to permanently change your payment date but need some space this month, you can also delay or skip a payment. Find out more here.
