How do I find my reference code?

You can find your 6-digit reference code in any email, text or letter from us. You will need your reference code to activate your online account.

How do I set up a payment?

You can set up a payment from your online account. To get started, log in using your reference code. In your account, you’ll be able to see your debt balance, browse your payment options and enter your payment details.
