How do I manage my Ophelos payment(s)?

You can manage your payments from your online account. 

  • Go to ophelos.com/connect 
  • Select ‘Manage your account’ and enter your email address. 
  • Check your inbox and pop in the reference code we sent you to log in.

From there you’ll be able to: 

  • View your account balance and see any upcoming payments.
  • Update your payment method.

If you’ve set up a scheduled payment, you’ll also be able to:

  • Change your payment date (payment plans only).
  • Delay a payment (payment plans only).

Unfortunately, you’re unable to:

  • Update your payment amount online.
  • Cancel your payment online.
  • Skip your payment online.
