I'm struggling with mental health, what can I do?

Struggling financially can have a big impact on your mental health, and vice versa. If you’re struggling with your mental health, you are not alone.

We know how hard it can be to say that you’re struggling, but you must get in touch and let us know.

Our customer care team are here to provide non-judgmental and fully confidential support. Here are some of the things we can do:

  • We can change the way we message you.
If you have ongoing issues with your mental health we know that receiving reminders about debt can be triggering. We can always change the way we message you, like only sending you messages at certain times, or on a specific device.
  • We can give you some breathing space.
If you’re struggling, we can stop sending you any messages for a while. This can give you some space and time to get extra support.
  • We can help you seek specialist advice.
Our customer care team can point you in the direction of free resources or services, that may help your specific situation.

Any information you share with us is strictly confidential. We will not share it with anyone, including the company you owe money to, unless we have your permission to do so.

Email us at support@ophelos.com and let us know if you’re struggling.
