What data do you hold about me?

When companies ask us to help you clear your debt, they supply us with your data, including: 

  1. Your contact details. This can include your name, email address and your home address if they have it.
  2. The details of your debt, including the amount and any previous payments.

Once we contact you, we will also retain some information about you, including: 

  1. Your account and profile data.
  2. Communication data, including if you’ve engaged with our services or messages.
  3. Payment information.
  4. Any debt or financial information you supply to us.
  5. Marketing data.

We may also retain data from third-party sources. 

We will never supply your original lender with any personal financial information that you’ve shared with us. Any data we supply to your lender will be anonymised.
