If you received a message from us saying ‘Intrum bought your debt’, it means Intrum has purchased your debt from the company you originally owed.
Ophelos is part of Intrum - we specialise in helping customers repay their debts through our online platform.
You’ll still need to pay back your debt, but you now owe Intrum (and therefore us) instead of the company you originally owed.
