How do I find my reference code?

It’s quick and easy to set up a payment in your online account. We’ve already set up an online account for you, so all you need to do is: 

1. Log in here with your 6-digit reference code (found on any message from us).  
2. Navigate to the ‘Your Options’ section on your account homepage. 
3. Choose the payment option that works best for you. 
4. Set up your payment method. 
5. Sit back, whilst we sort the fine print!

Rest assured, Ophelos is completely free to use. But sometimes your original lender may have added fees on top of your debt. 

We’ll make this really clear in your account if this is the case.
