How does Ophelos work?

We collect overdue payments on behalf of companies. They work with us to help their customers get back on track. 

If you’ve received a message from us, it means the company you owe money to has asked us to help you pay back your debt.


We are a digital debt repayment service, which means you can pay back your debt and manage everything from your online account.

How to get started


We’ve already set up an account for you, so all you need to do is: 

  1. Log in to your Ophelos account using your 6-digit reference code, found on any message from us. 
  2. Check your debt balance and browse your payment options. 
  3. Set up a payment and sit back whilst we sort out the details.

Managing your payments


Our approach puts flexibility first. We put you in complete control of your payments, with the ability to manage everything in your online account.

In your account, you can:

  • View your account balance and upcoming payments.
  • Update your payment method.
  • Delay your payment if you need to.
  • Change your payment date.
